Ayam Panggang Bumbu Kecap

Bahan-bahan

  • 500 gram paha ayam
  • 2 buah lemon
  • 1 sendok makan kecap asin
  • 1 butir bawang bombay, dirajang halus
  • 1 siung bawang putih, cincang kasar
  • 1/2 sendok teh lada halus
  • margarine secukupnya
  • 1 batang daun seledri, rajang halus

Cara Membuat

  • Daging paha ayam dicuci bersih, perciki dengan air jeruk nipis, biarkan beberapa saat.
  • Bawang putih dicampur dengan bawang bombay, kecap asin dan lada halus. Celupkan paha ayam ke dalam adonan ini dengan rata, biarkan beberapa saat agar meresap.
  • Panggang paha ayam di atas bara api dan sering di balik agar tidak gosong. Juga sering-seringlah mengolesi paha ayam dengan margarine saat di panggang sampai matang.
  • Jika sudah matang, hidangkan dengan ditaburi daun seledri diatasnya.

Soysauced Roasted Chicken

Ingredients

  • 500 grams chicken thighs
  • 2 lemon, use the juice
  • 1 tablespoon salty soysauce
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • margarine or butter to taste
  • 1 stalk celery, finely chopped

Method

  • Splash lemon juice onto chicken thighs, leave them for some time.
  • Meanwhile make a mixture of garlic, onion, salty saysauce and pepper. Then put chicken thighs into the ground spices evenly and let them there for some time.
  • Grill chicken thighs above flame and turn them around frequently to avoid being burnt.
  • Don’t forget to apply margarine or butter every time you turn them around.
  • When done, serve them on a seving plate with chopped celery spreaded on top.
