Ayam Goreng Tepung

Bahan-bahan

  • 6 paha ayam
  • 100 gram tepung roti/panir
  • 50 gram tepung terigu
  • 3 siung bawang putih, haluskan
  • 1/2 sendok makan bumbu kare
  • 1/2 sendok teh cabe bubuk
  • 2 butir telur, dikocok
  • garam dan merica secukupnya
  • minyak goreng untuk mnggoreng secukupnya

Cara Membuat

  • Campur bawang putih, bumbu kare, cabai bubuk, garam dan merica. Beri air secukupnya, rendam paha ayam selama satu jam.
  • Campur tepung terigu dan tepung roti/panir.
  • Celup ayam ke kocokan telur kemudian gulingkan ke campuran tepung dengan merata.
  • Panaskan minyak goreng yang cukup, goreng ayam hingga matang dan berwarna kecoklatan.

Fried Chicken in Flour

Ingredients

  • 6 chicken thighs
  • 100 grams breadcrumb
  • 50 grams wheat flour
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 spoonful curry seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 2 eggs, stirred
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • cookin oil to deepfry

Method

  • Blend garlic, curry seasoning, chili powder, salt and pepper. Pour some water, soak chickens for an hour.
  • Meanwhile mix breadcrumb and wheat flour.
  • Dye every chicken thigh into stirred egg then rolled over onto the mixture of breadcrumb and flour.
  • Heat cooking oil, deepfry chickens until cooked, crispy and light-brownish.
