Nasi Goreng Keju Istimewa

Bahan-bahan

  • 500 grams nasi putih
  • 250 grams dada ayam, potong dadu kecil
  • 2 sendok makan mentega
  • 200 grams keju, potong dadu kecil
  • 4 sendok makan kacang polong
  • 1/2 sendok makan kecap manis
  • 1 bawang bombay, cincang halus
  • 1 sendok teh garam
  • 4 sosis sapi, iris tipis
  • 4 sendok makan saus tomat
  • 1 sendok teh kecap beraroma
  • 1 batang wortel, potong dadu kecil rebus matang

Pelengkap

  • 50 grams keju parut
  • 1/2 sendok teh garam
  • 4 butir telur
  • Kocok, buat dadar dan iris tipis

Cara Membuat

  • Panaskan mentega, tumis bawang bombay, cabai merah, dada ayam dan sosis sapi hingga matang.
  • Masukkan nasi putih, aduk-aduk hingga tercampur rata.
  • Tambahkan wortel rebus, kacang polong, saus tomat, kecap manis, kecap beraroma, potongan keju dan garam. Aduk rata.
  • Hidangkan selagi panas dengan dadar keju.

Special Cheese Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 500 grams cooked rice
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 250 grams chicken breast, diced
  • 200 grams cheese, diced
  • 1 red chili, seeded, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons green peas
  • 4 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon sweet soya sauce
  • 1 teaspoon aromatic soya sauce
  • 1 carrot, diced then boiled

Method

  • Melt butter, sauté onion, red chili, chicken breast and beef sausage until done.
  • Add cooked rice, stirred well and evenly.
  • Add boiled carrot, peas, tomato sauce, sweet soya sauce, aromatic soya sauce, sliced cheese and salt. Stirred evenly.
  • Serve while suntil hot together with cheese omelette.
  • Cheese omelette made by mixing 50 grs parmesan cheese, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 4 eggs. Then thinly sliced. Used as topping.
