Bahan-bahan
- 1 piring nasi putih
- 1/2 cangkir kecil kacang polong, rebus sampai matang
- 1 butir telur ayam, dikocok
- 10 ekor udang ukuran sedang, kupas, cuci dan gurat punggungnya
- 2-3 buah jamur kancing atau champignon atau bisa juga diganti jamur merang, potong-potong agak kecil
- 3 butir bawang merah, rajang halus
- 1 batang daun bawang (prei), iris-iris kasar
- garam dan merica secukupnya
- minyak goreng secukupnya
Cara Membuat
- Goreng udang sampai berwarna merah, tiriskan dan sisihkan.
- Kurangi minyak goreng hingga 2 sendok makan, tumis bawang merah hingga harum.
- Masukkan telur kocok, tunggu hampir matang, aduk-aduk.
- Masukkan jamur, kacang polong dan daun bawang, aduk-aduk hingga jamur setengah matang.
- Masukkan nasi, aduk-aduk beberapa saat. Tambahkan udang, aduk lagi sampai matang.
- Angkat dan hidangkan.
Mushroom Fried Rice
Ingredients
- 1 dinnerplate boiled/steamed white rice
- 1/2 small cup green peas, boiled until done
- 1 egg, beaten
- 10 prawns, medium size, peeled, scratch the back
- 2-3 mushrooms, diced
- 3 shallots, finely chopped
- 1 green onion, coarsely sliced
- salt and pepper to taste
- cooking oil
Method
- Fry prawn until reddish. Drained then set aside.
- Reduce cooking oil until 2 tablespoon left, sauté shallots until fragrant.
- Add beaten egg, wait until almost cooked then scrambled.
- Add mushroom, green peas and green onion, stirred until mushroom half-cooked.
- Add cooked rice, stirred again-again until the color becomes slightly darker (reddish).
- Add prawn, stirred until everythinlyg is done.
- Ready to be served.
