Nasi Goreng Ayam Mentega

 

Bahan-bahan

  • 1 piring nasi putih
  • 100 grams daging ayam
  • 5 ekor udang ukuran sedang
  • 1 butir telur
  • 2 sendok makan mentega
  • 3 butir bawang merah
  • 1 siung bawang putih
  • garam dan merica secukupnya

Cara Membuat

  • Daging ayam dan udang dipotong kecil-kecil.
  • Bawang merah dan bawang putih dihaluskan.
  • Telur ayam dibuat dadar kemudian diiris-iris kecil.
  • Panaskan mentega, tumis bawang merah dan bawang putih sampai timbul bau harum.
  • Masukkan daging ayam dan udang sampai berubah warna.
  • Masukkan nasi, aduk-aduk.
  • Tambahkan garam dan merica, aduk hingga rata.
  • Hidangkan bersama irisan telur dadar.

  

Butter Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 rice bowl white cooked rice (± 200 grams)
  • 100 grams chicken
  • 5 prawns, medium size
  • 1 egg, made omelette, then thinly sliced as long as 5-10 cm
  • 2 spoonful butter
  • 3 shallots
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method

  • Cut chicken and prawns into pieces or diced.
  • Chop shallots and garlic or mashed.
  • Heat butter then sauté shallots and garlic until fragrant.
  • Add chicken and prawns, sauté until the color changed.
  • Add rice, stirred well.
  • Add salt and pepper, stirred well again.
  • Served together with the sliced omelette as topping.
