60 grams tepung roti
1 butir telur ayam
60 grams tepung terigu
1 buah jeruk nipis
60 cc saus tomat
30 cc kecap Inggris
20 grams gula pasir
garam dan lada secukupnya
Cara Membuat
Lumuri udang dengan garam, lada dan air jeruk nipis secukupnya. Kemudian taburi dengan tepung terigu hingga rata. Masukkan dalam kocokan telur dan taburi dengan tepung roti (panir) hingga tertutup.
Masukkan dalam minyak panas yang agak banyak di penggorengan agar udang dapat terendam.
Usahakan agar bentuk udang bisa lurus.
Setelah kering, angkat dan tiriskan.
Buat saus sebagai berikut :
– Panaskan saus tomat, tambahkan kecap Inggris, gula pasir dan sedikit air jeruk nipis. Aduk rata.
– Angkat, tempatkan ke dalam mangkok kecil.
