Tumis Kepiting

Bahan-bahan

  • 2 ekor kepiting yang cukup besar
  • 30 grams cabai merah, buang isinya, iris tipis serong
  • 20 grams daun bawang, iris tipis serong
  • 30 grams bawang merah, iris tipis-tipis
  • 100 grams mentega/margarine
  • garam dan merica secukupnya

Cara Membuat

  • Cuci bersih kepiting. Rebus sampai matang. Angkat, keluarkan isinya, peras dan buang airnya.
  • Panaskan penggorengan, masukkan mentega/margarine, tunggu hingga meleleh. Tumis bawang merah, cabai merah dan daun bawang sampai layu.
  • Masukkan daging kepiting, aduk-aduk hingga rata dengan bumbu. Tambahkan garam dan merica secukupnya.
  • Angkat, tiriskan dan hidangkan.

Stir Fried Crab

Ingredients

  • 2 fairly big crab
  • 30 grams red chili, seeded, slice thinly and slantwise
  • 20 grams green onions, slice thinly and slantwise
  • 30 grams shallots, slice thinly
  • 100 grams butter or margarine
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method

  • Wash crabs, put inside boiling water, wait until tender. Remove crabs from the pot and take all the crab meat out of shell, squeeze and remove the water away.
  • Melt butter or margarine on a pan. sautéed shallot, chili and green onion until wilted.
  • Add crab meat, stirred evenly so mixed well with the flavors. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Drained and then served.
