Tumis Daging Sapi

Bahan-bahan

150 grams daging sapi bagian lulur/haas, potong-potong tipis-tipis
5 butir bawang merah, rajang halus
3 siung bawang putih, rajang halus
5 buah cabai merah, iris tipis serong
30 cc kecap manis
sedikit minyak goreng untuk menumis
garam dan lada secukupnya

Cara Membuat

Panaskan sedikit minyak, tumis bawang merah dan bawang putih. Sebentar kemudian masukkan cabai merah, daging sapi, garam dan lada.
Setelah daging cukup matang, tambahkan kecap manis. Aduk-aduk sampai rata lalu angkat.

sautéed Beef

Ingredients

150 grams sirloin, thinly sliced
5 shallots, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
5 red chilis, aslant and thinly sliced
30 cc soy sauce
2 tablespoons cooking oil
salt and pepper to taste.

Method

Heat cooking oil, Sauté; shallot and garlic. Then add red chilis, beef, salt and pepper, stirred.
When beef cooked enough, add soy sauce, stirred evenly for some moment until beef done.
