Sambal Ayam Goreng Kalasan

Bahan-bahan

  • 100 grams cabai merah
  • 4 buah bawang merah
  • 1 buah tomat
  • 6 sendok makan kaldu ayam atau air matang
  • 1 sendok teh garam
  • 1 sendok makan gula pasir
  • 5 sendok makan minyak goreng

Cara Membuat

  • Rebus cabai merah dan tomat sebentar, kemudian haluskan.
  • Tambahkan garam, gula, kaldu/air dan minyak goreng. Campur rata.
  • Masak di atas api sedang sampai berkurang kaldu/airnya dan keluar minyaknya.
  • Hidangkan bersama ayam goreng Kalasan.

Kalasan Fried Chicken Sambal (Chili sauce)

Ingredients

  • 100 grams red chili
  • 4 shallots
  • 1 tomato
  • 6 tablespoons chicken boulion or just boiled/mineral water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 5 tablespoons cooking oil

Method

  • Boil red chili and tomato for a moment, then pulverized.
  • Add salt, sugar, boulion or water and cooking oil. Mix well.
  • Cook with medium flame until the bouillon or water reduced and oily.
  • Serve together with Kalasan Fried Chicken¬†or other kinds of fried chickens.
