Pecel

Bahan-bahan

  • 250 gr kecambah
  • 250 gr kacang panjang
  • 250 gr kubis
  • 5 ikat kecipir
  • 500 gr kacang tanah
  • 1 buah mentimun, potong-potong sesuai selera
  • 1 ikat daun kemangi
  • minyak goreng secukupnya

Bumbu Halus

  • 3 biji lombok merah
  • 1 jari kencur
  • 1 lembar daun jeruk purut
  • seiris terasi
  • gula merah secukupnya
  • garam secukupnya
  • asam Jawa secukupnya

Cara Membuat

  • Semua bahan sayuran dicuci dan direbus.
  • Kacang tanah digoreng kemudian dihaluskan bersama-sama dengan bumbu halus. Tuangi air sedikit demi sedikit hingga didapat saus kacang yang kental.
  • Sayur matang diatur di atas piring kemudian dituangi saus kacang. Disantap dengan nasi putih dan rempeyek kacang tanah. Hiasi dengan irisan mentimun dan beberapa daun kemangi
 NB. Sayuran bisa diganti sesuai selera, misal kecipir diganti dengan daun bayam dsb

Mix Vegetables with Peanut Sauce

Ingredients

  • 250 grams sprouts
  • 250 grams string beans
  • 250 grams cabbage
  • 150 grams winged beans
  • 1 cucumber, cut to taste as garnish
  • basil leaves to taste as garnish
  • 500 grams peanuts
  • cooking oil

Ground Spices and Seasonings

  • 3 red chilis
  • 6 cm aromatic ginger
  • 1 kaffir lime leaf
  • a sliced shrimp paste
  • salt to taste
  • tamarind to taste

Method

  • Boil each vegetable separately until cooked.
  • Deepfry peanuts until yellowish, keep from burnt. Then blended together with ground spices.
  • Prepare peanut sauce by adding cooked water little by little onto blended peanut while being stirred continously until reaching the desired thickness.
  • Arrange cooked vegatables on a dinnerplate, pour peanut sauce on them. Enjoyed with rempeyek and cooked rice. Garnish with slices of cucumber and basil leaves

PS. Vegetables can be replaced to taste
