Nasi Goreng Usus

Bahan-bahan

  • 250 grams nasi putih
  • 150 grams usus ayam
  • 100 grams kacang polong
  • 3 siung bawang putih, cincang halus
  • 4 butir bawang merah, cincang halus
  • 1/2 sendok teh merica bubuk
  • 1 sendok teh kecap asin
  • 3 sendok makan minyak wijen
  • 1 batang daun bawang, iris-iris tipis
  • 100 grams usus ayam goreng untuk taburan

Cara Membuat

  • Panaskan sedikit minyak goreng, tumis bawang putih dan bawang merah sampai tercium aroma.
  • Masukkan usus, nasi putih, kacang polong, daun bawang, kecap asin, merica bubuk dan minyak wijen. Aduk-aduk sampai matang. Angkat.
  • Sajikan dengan ditaburi usus goreng.

  

Chicken-Intestine Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 250 grams cooked rice
  • 150 grams chicken intestine
  • 100 grams green beans
  • 12 middle size prawns
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 4 shallots, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon salty soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 green onion, slice thinly
  • 100 grams fried intestine of chicken
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil

Method

  • Sautéed shallot and garlic with cooking oil until aromatic.
  • Add chicken intestine, cooked rice, green beans, green onion, salty soy sauce, pepper and sesame oil. Stir until all mixed well. When they are cooked, remove from pan/wok.
  • Serve and garnish with fried chicken intestine.
