Nasi Goreng Kambing

 

Bahan-bahan

  • 400 grams nasi putih
  • 75 grams daging kambing muda, iris tipis
  • 40 grams nanas, potong dadu
  • 2 siung bawang putih, cincang halus
  • 1 bawang bombay, cincang halus
  • 5 sendok makan minyak goreng
  • 1 sendok teh ketumbar bubuk
  • 2 cm kunyit, dihaluskan
  • 2 kapulaga
  • 25 grams daun bawang, iris halus
  • 1-2 sendok teh garam
  • 1 sendok teh merica bubuk

Cara Membuat

  • Lumuri daging kambing dengan campuran kunyit dan ketumbar dengan rata, biarkan beberapa menit agar meresap.
  • Panaskan minyak, masukkan daging kambing, masak hingga 3/4 matang.
  • Masukkan bawang putih, bawang bombay dan kapulaga, aduk-aduk sebentar.
  • Masukkan buah nanas dan nasi, aduk hingga tercampur rata.
  • Taburkan daun bawang, garam dan merica, aduk lagi hingga rata.
  • Sajikan dengan irisan mentimun dan tomat.

 

Tips

Untuk menghilangkan bau lebus daging kambing, sebelum dicuci rendam daging kambing dengan parutan nanas muda beserta airnya selama 3 – 5 menit. Jangan terlalu lama agar daging tidak lembek.
  

Goat/Lamb Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 400 grams cooked rice
  • 75 grams young mutton, slice
  • 40 grams pineapple, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped fine
  • 1 Onion, chopped fine
  • 5 spoonful cooking oil
  • 1 teaspoonful powder coriander
  • 2 cm turmuric, blended
  • 2 gurdamon
  • 25 grams green onion, slice
  • 1-2 teaspoonful salt
  • 1 teaspoonful pepper

Method

  • Smear mutton with mixture of turmuric and coriander, set aside few minutes for absorbtion.
  • Heat cooking oil, fry mutton until 3/4 done.
  • Add garlic, Bombay onion and gurdamon, stirred briefly.
  • Add pineapple and cooked rice, stirred well.
  • Spread green onion, salt and pepper, stirred well again.
  • Serve it together with sliced cucumbers and sliced tomatoes.

 

Tips

To reduce or to get rid of the smell of the goat meat please soak first the meat under the grated pineapple together with the pineapple juice for 3 – 5 minutes. Do not be too long otherwise the meat will be too soft
