Nasi Goreng Cumi Asam Manis

Bahan-bahan

  • 1 piring nasi putih
  • 100 grams kismis
  • 3 ekor cumi, bersihkan lalu iris-iris kecil
  • 1 bawang bombay, cincang
  • 3 siung bawang putih, iris halus
  • 1 sendok makan pasta tomat
  • 1 sendok makan air jeruk nipis
  • 2 sendok makan minyak goreng
  • 2 sendok makan saus tiram
  • 1 sendok teh peterseli cincang
  • 1/2 sendok teh garam
  • 1/2 sendok teh merica

Cara Membuat

  • Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang bombay dan bawang putih hingga berbau sedap.
  • Masukkan irisan cumi, aduk sebentar.
  • Masukkan nasi, pasta tomat, kismis, saus tiram, air jeruk nipis dan peterseli cincang. Aduk-aduk sampai rata.
  • Beri garam dan merica, aduk rata.
  • Angkat dan cetak nasi goreng dalam mangkuk, hidangkan bersama irisan tomat dan metimun.

Sweet-sour Squid Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 rice bowl cooked rice
  • 100 grams raisin
  • 3 squid, wash and thinly slice
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, thinly slice
  • 1 tablespoon tomato pasta
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 2 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Method

  • saut√© onion and garlic until fragrant arises.
  • Add sliced squid, stirred briefly.
  • Add rice, tomato pasta, raisin, oyster sauce, lime juice and chopped parsley then stirred and mix well.
  • Add salt and pepper, mix well.
  • Serve by moulding it in bowl-shape together with sliced tomato and slice cucumber.
