Mie Goreng Sari Laut

Bahan-bahan

  • 30 grams udang kupas ukuran sedang
  • 200 grams mie kuning
  • 50 grams cumi-cumi/baby octopus, bersihkan
  • 1 ekor kepiting
  • 1 butir telur, kocok rata, buat orak-arik
  • 3 siung bawang putih, dikeprak lalu dirajang
  • 4 lembar sawi putih, potong-potong
  • 4 lembar sawi hijau, potong-potong
  • 1 sendokteh kecap manis
  • 1 sendokteh arak masak (jika suka)
  • 50 cc kaldu ayam
  • 1/2 sendok teh minyak wijen
  • 1/2 sendok teh garam
  • 1/2 sendok teh merica bubuk
  • minyak goreng untuk menumis

Cara Membuat

  • Didihkan air bersama 1 sendok teh minyak goreng, masukkan mie kuning, rebus hingga 3/4 matang. Angkat dan tiriskan.
  • Rebus udang, cumi/baby octopus dan kepiting hingga berubah warna. Angkat dan tiriskan
  • Panaskan sedikit minyak, tumis bawang putih hingga harum. Masukkan mie, sawi putih, sawi hijau dan sari laut. Aduk-aduk rata. Tambahkan kaldu ayam dan semua sisa bumbu. Aduk hingga semua bahan matang. Angkat dan sajikan.

 

Seafood Fried-Noodles

Ingredients

  • 30 grams middle-size shelled-prawns
  • 200 grams noodles
  • 50 grams baby octopus
  • 1 crab
  • 1 egg, stirred and made it scrambled egg
  • 3 cloves garlic, tapped on then to be minced
  • 4 leaves mustard greens (lighter colored ones), sliced
  • 4 leaves mustard greens (darker colored ones), sliced
  • 1 teaspoon sweet soysauce
  • 1 teaspoon cooking arak
  • 50 ml chicken bouillon
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • cooking oil

Method

  • Boil some water (500 ml) together with 1 teaspoon cooking oil, then put the noodles in until nearly done. Take them out of water and drain them.
  • Boil prawns, crab and baby octopus until the color change. Take them out of water and drain them.
  • Heat a little cooking oil, sauté garlic until fragrant. Add noodles, seafood and both the mustard greens. Stir evenly then add the chicken bouillon and the rest seasonings.
  • Stir until all are done. Ready to be served.
