Kakap Asam Manis

Bahan-bahan

  • 150 grams daging kakap
  • 5 sendok makan tepung terigu
  • 5 sendok makan tepung kanji
  • 1 sendok makan tepung maizena
  • 1 sendok teh baking powder
  • 1 sendok teh kecap asin
  • 1 sendok teh minyak wijen
  • 1 butir telur
  • 1/2 sendok teh merica halus
  • 1/2 gelas air
  • 1/2 buah nanas
  • minyak goreng secukupnya

Bahan Saus

  • 3 sendok makan saus tomat
  • 1 sendok makan cuka
  • 1/2 sendok teh garam
  • 3 sendok teh gula
  • 1 gelas air
  • tepung kanji secukupnya

Cara Membuat

  • Cuci bersih daging kakap, potong tipis-tipis.
  • Campur semua tepung, kecap, merica, minyak wijen, telur. Aduk rata.
  • Tambahkan air, aduk lagi sampai rata dan kental. Celupkan kakap ke adonan.
  • Goreng dengan minyak panas sampai kering. Angkat dan tiriskan. Atur di atas piring saji.
  • Buat saus, campur semua bahan kecuali tepung kanji.
  • Jerang di atas api sampai matang lalu kentalkan dengan sedikit tepung kanji.
  • Siram saus tersebut di atas kakap goreng. Taburi dengan nanas yang sudah dicincang kasar.

Sweet and Sour Snapper

Ingredients

  • 150 grams red snapper flesh, thinly cut
  • 5 tablespoon wheat flour
  • 5 tablespoon tapioca starch
  • 1 tablespoon maizena
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salty soya sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 glass of water
  • 1/2 pineapple, diced
  • cooking oil

Sauce

  • 3 tablespoon tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 glass water
  • starch to taste

Method

  • Mix all flour, soy sauce, pepper, sesame oil and egg. Stirred.
  • Add water and stirred again until thick. Then put snapper flesh in it.
  • Deep fry snapper until crispy. Drained then arranged on a serving plate.
  • To make sauce, mix all but starch. Boil until cooked then thickened with a little starch.
  • Pour the sauce on the snapper then sprinkle some diced pineapple as topping.
