Gula Kacang

Bahan-bahan

  • 500 grams kacang tanah, disangrai
  • 250 grams gula merah
  • 200 grams gula pasir
  • 150 cc air
  • 1/2 jari kayu manis

Cara Membuat

  • Campur semua bahan kecuali kacang tanah dalam panci atau wajan, didihkan dan aduk-aduk hingga kental sekali. Setelah itu masukkan kacang tanah dan aduk-aduk lagi sampai rata.
  • Dalam keadaan masih panas tuang sesendok demi sesendok ke cetakan atau alas yang bersih dan kering serta tahan panas.
  • Tunggu hingga dingin baru dilepas satu per satu.

Peanuts Palm-Sugar

Ingredients

  • 500 grams peanuts, fried without any oil, keep not until burnt
  • 250 grams palm sugar
  • 200 sugar
  • 150 ml water
  • 2-3 cm cinnamon

Method

  • Mix all but peanuts, boiled and stirred until very thick then add the peanuts and stirred again awhile.
  • While still hot, pour as much as spoonful of the mixture on a small round-shape-mold or simply on alumunium foil placed on flat place. Repeat until the last mixture. If you want bigger size than use ladle instead of spoon.
  • When cooled down already then ready to be served.
