Daging Kecap

Bahan-bahan

  • 1/2 kilogram daging sapi
  • 4 sendok makan kecap manis
  • 1 sendok teh kecap asin
  • 2 siung bawang putih
  • 1 ruas jari jahe
  • 1/2 sendok teh merica
  • garam secukupnya

Cara Membuat

  • Daging cuci bersih dan dipotong-potong.
  • Jahe dimemarkan, bawang putih dikeprak atau dicincang halus. Keduanya kemudian ditumis hingga beraroma.
  • Masukkan daging bersama kecap. Aduk-aduk bebrapa saat. Tambahkan air secukupnya dan biarkan sampai daging empuk dengan sesekali diaduk-aduk. Bila perlu tambahkan air jika daging belum empuk.
  • Tambahkan garam dan merica, aduk-aduk dan tunggu beberapa saat hingga daging benar-benar empuk.

Soysauced Beef

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kilogram beef
  • 4 tablespoons sweet soysauce
  • 1 teaspoon salty soysauce
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 knuckle (2 cm) ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • salt to taste

Method

  • Wash and then slice beef into pieces according to your taste.
  • Tap ginger until flat. Garlic to be crushed and then chopped. Then sauté both with a little cooking oil until nice aroma appears.
  • Put slice beef and soysauce into the pan, stirred for some time. Add some fresh water and leave it but stirred now and then until beef cooked and tender. If the beef not yet done add some water.
  • Add salt and pepper, stirred so they are mixed well. When the beef really weldone, time to serve it.
