Capcay Goreng

Bahan-bahan
  • 1 potong daging ayam, disuwir-suwir
  • 100 grams kubis, dipotong-potong
  • 1/4 kilogram wortel, kupas dan iris tipis serong
  • 100 grams udang basah, kupas dan cuci bersih
  • 3 batang daun seledri
  • 4 siung bawang putih, dikeprak hingga pipih
  • 3 sendok makan saus raja rasa
  • 3 sendok makan saus tomat
  • sedikit gula
  • garam secukupnya
  • minyak goreng secukupnya
Cara Membuat
  • Tumis bawang putih hingga harum, kemudian tambahkan saus raja rasa, saus tomat, sedikit gula dan garam secukupnya, aduk-aduk sebentar, masukkan udang dan aduk-aduk lagi.
  • Masukkan wortel, kubis dan batang seledri, aduk-aduk hingga matang.
  • Sajikan di atas piring dan letakkan suwiran ayam diatasnya.

Fried Chapcoy

Ingredients
  • 100 grams fried chicken, shredded
  • 100 grams cabbage, cut into small pieces
  • 250 grams carrot, peeled and thinly cut across
  • 100 grams fresh prawn, peeled then washed
  • 3 stalks celery
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed or flattened
  • 3 tablespoons cooking arrack
  • 3 tablespoonful tomato sauce
  • a litlle sugar
  • salt to taste
  • a little cooking oil for stirfrying
Method
  • Heat cooking oil then stirfry garlic until fragrant, then add cooking arrack, tomato sauce, a little sugar and salt to taste, stirred a while then add prawns and stirred again couple of minutes.
  • Add carrot, cabbage and celery, stirred until weldone.
  • Served on a dinner plate and put shredded chicken on top.
