Bakmi Goreng

Bahan-bahan

  • 250 grams mie basah
  • 100 grams udang basah
  • 1 potong ayam goreng, disuwir-suwir
  • 2 lembar kubis
  • 3 siung bawang putih, dikeprak hingga pipih
  • 5 biji bawang merah, dihaluskan
  • garam, merica dan pala secukupnya
  • acar ketimun dan cabai rawit secukupnya
  • bawang merah goreng untuk taburan secukupnya
  • sedikit minyak goreng untuk menumis

Cara Membuat

  • Kubis dipotong-potong, udang dikupas bersih.
  • Tumis bawang putih dan bawang merah hingga berbau harum. Tuangi sedikit air, kemudian masukkan udang dan mie. Aduk-aduk perlahan hingga setengah matang.
  • Masukkan kubis aduk-aduk hingga tercampur kemudian tambahkan garam, merica dan pala bubuk. Aduk-aduk terus hingga matang.
  • Sajikan panas, taburi dengan suwiran ayam goreng dan bawang merah goreng, tambahkan acar ketimun dan cabai rawit (hijau) secukupnya.

Fried Bakmi (Noodle)

Ingredients

  • 250 grams noodle
  • 100 grams fresh prawn
  • 50 grams shredded fried chicken
  • 2 pieces cabbage
  • 3 cloves garlic, flattened
  • 5 shallots, chopped or blended
  • 1 tablespoon fried sliced-shallot
  • 2-3 tablespoons cooking oil to sauté
  • salt, pepper and nutmeg powder to taste (start with 1/2 teaspoon each)

Methode

  • Sliced cabbage, shelled and washed prawns.
  • Heat cooking oil then sauté garlic and shallots until aromatic. Pour a little water, then put prawns and noodle in, stirred slowly until halfdone.
  • Add cabbage, salt, pepper and nutmeg powder, stirred again until done.
  • Served while hot together with shredded fried-chicken and fried sliced-shallot topping.
  • Add sliced cucumber and tomato also as garnish. Also if you like some fresh green ‘rawit’ chili.
