Ayam Rica-rica

Bahan-bahan

  • 1 ekor ayam, belah menjadi 4 bagian
  • 250 ml air
  • 5 sendok makan minyak goreng

Bumbu Halus

  • 7 butir bawang merah
  • 4 siung bawang putih
  • 100 gram cabai merah
  • 2 cm jahe
  • garam secukupnya
  • sedikit gula pasir

Cara Membuat

  • Panaskan minyak, tumis bumbu halus hingga harum.
  • Masukkan ayam, aduk rata. Tambahkan air, masak hingga daging ayam setengah matang. Angkat.
  • Panggang ayam di atas bara api, sambil sesekali dilumuri bumbu.
  • Jika sudah matang semua, sajikan di atas piring dan tuangi dengan sisa bumbu.

Richa-richa Spicy Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 chicken, cut into 4 parts
  • 250 cc water
  • 5 tablespoon cooking oil

Ground Spices and Seasonings

  • 7 shallots
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 100 gram red chilis
  • 2 cm ginger
  • salt to taste
  • a little sugar or to taste

Method

  • Heat cooking oil, sauté ground spicess until aromatic.
  • Add chickens, stirred evenly with the seasonings. Then add some water, cook until chickens is half done. Lift from the stove.
  • Grill chickens above charcoals whilst smeared with seasonings, until cooked.
  • Serve on a plate with the rest of seasonings poured on.
